Under 13 Policy

To ensure the security of personal student information, we have implemented a procedure that adheres to privacy regulations. Our primary objective is to respect the privacy of students under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in their country) by refraining from collecting or retaining their information. We only retain the necessary data required to provide our services. If we accidentally come across any personal information, we will promptly delete it.

In countries with Children’s Online Privacy Protection laws, such as, but not limited to: the United States, European Union, Canada, and Australia, teachers can create unique student usernames that are not directly related to a student’s full name.

Otherwise, the parental consent form should be downloaded from the student portal or from the parental portal to be completed by the parent or legal guardian and emailed to parentalconsent@punditin.com

Student accounts from countries with Children’s Online Privacy Protection laws that haven’t emailed the parental consent form to parentalconsent@punditin.com will result in a temporary lock on their account.

The account will resume once the consent form has been received and verified by admin.
