Parental Consent Form

Punditin ensures the safety and compliance of all users, especially minors, which is of utmost importance to us.

The age for parental consent varies worldwide and is often dictated by data protection and privacy laws in different countries.

In the United States, for example, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires websites to obtain parental consent for children under the age of 13.

In the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets the age of consent at 16, although individual member states can lower it to a minimum of 13.

Other countries may have their own regulations and standards regarding the age at which parental consent is required for online activities.

Our downloadable Parental Consent Form is easily accessible by just logging into either the student or the parental portal. Fill it out and email it to: parentalconsent@punditin.com

ThisĀ  allows parents or guardians to conveniently review and submit the necessary consent, thereby facilitating a smooth and secure experience for everyone involved.
