Why am I getting logged out?

There are various reasons why you might experience being logged out.

To ensure the security of your account, avoid sharing it with others.

Keep in mind that logging in from two different browsers simultaneously will result in the first browser being automatically signed out.

Additionally, if someone attempts to log into your account while you are already using the platform, you will be logged out.

These guidelines apply to both student and teacher accounts.
